So I started a new job, two and a half months ago. I don\u2019t feel any need to say where, not that I\u2019m ashamed of it or anything, but I feel it\u2019s better to keep my day job and online activities separate. Especially in this day of age when expressing the wrong thing can result in keyboard warriors contacting your employer to try to get you fired because they disagree with you.
\nLiking the job so far, and it feels good to not only have income, but to get out of the house and see other people. But what does this mean for this place and my work? Well I had a jump in productivity with creative stuff since working. So the job is actually helping with that.
\nIt\u2019s a night job, so I sleep in the day. But when I get up in the evening my family tells me good morning, co-workers also say morning when I get there since they too just woke up, the majority of the shift is after midnight so it\u2019s technically morning, and it\u2019s dawn when I get off so everyone is saying morning. It\u2019s been a never ending morning, got to double-check the day regularly, and even though I get plenty of sleeping I haven\u2019t felt quite reset in awhile. I wonder if this is how a time or deep space traveler feels.<\/p>\n

I bought a new tv, a RCA 40″ LCD HDTV. I haven\u2019t watched tv in awhile, really I bought the thing cause I wanted more space, and that big 24″ standard tv was getting to be too much of a space hog. So this thinner tv works better for my space needs. It looks great too, especially with gaming. The only problem I have is that my PS3 refuses to play my Manowar dvds, since they\u2019re in pal format. I can still watch them on my dvd player, but I wish I could watch them in the best quality possible. So I either need to buy a AV-HDMI converter, or upgrade my DVD 5.1 system to a blu-ray system that supports pal.<\/p>\n

Yeah, it’s not exactly a first for Thor.<\/p><\/div>\n

Now just a little rant of Marvel announcing a female Thor. The gender bending thing isn\u2019t a new issue concerning Thor (\u00derymskvi\u00f0a anyone?). The thing is, if they want to bring in more female representation and female readers, why not bring Freyja into prominence in the Marvel universe? She was one the most powerful and celebrated goddesses of the Norse. She even got first pick of half of the valiant slain, that\u2019s right, she took her half before<\/strong><\/em> Odin. She would be great to turn into a superhero character, the source material is rich, she hasn\u2019t been used like at all so she\u2019d be a relatively fresh character in the Marvel universe, and she\u2019ll be a great inspiration for girls to look up to. But like a Brother on facebook said; \u201c that would require EFFORT.\u201d So we get just a female version of a popular male character that\u2019ll be gone in a few months, a year at most. It\u2019s just pure pandering for click-bait and to boost sales for a few months. Then they\u2019ll return to the status quo like comic books do. Really, you\u2019re a fool if you\u2019re mad that Thor was changed, since you should better.
\nBut you know, girls and women deserve better then just getting a female character that just piggybacks off a male character. We all<\/strong> deserve better. But the SJW that are being pandered to, and are celebrating this don\u2019t deserve better, they deserve all of this. To have a empty \u201cstrong\u201d woman character that\u2019s just a male character with a female body, that will go back to normal, making the fucking thing meaningless. To give even a decent woman character to the SJW would be casting pearls among swine. They\u2019ll try bend her to their views of women and the world and never let her be, if they can\u2019t make her fit they\u2019ll ignore her, and if she becomes too popular with others they\u2019ll find something to disqualify her as a good character and say she\u2019s part of what\u2019s \u201cwrong\u201d with whatever medium she resides in. Freyja is too good for them. Same goes for minority characters. Notice that they celebrate when the race of established white characters are changed, but when actual minority characters created by minorities fade away, we don\u2019t hear a peep out of them. Static was created as a black character, by a black creator, who was award winning. But Static\u2019s book has been canceled and the character seems to be sidelined possibly for good. But are we hearing anything from the SJWs? Nope. They just want attention, to be pandered to, they don\u2019t give a fuck about characters and stories of substance that will be remembered. They care about feeling like the world cares about what they think, and they want it in the moment.
\nThis just emboldens me with my female characters, to make them real in spirit. Characters of substance. I don\u2019t give a damn if they(SJW) won\u2019t like them. My characters and my stories will be from the heart, be True.<\/p>\n
